Further developing a long-standing relationship, EBSCO and Salem Press have collaborated on yet another project. The latest endeavor yields a companion database to MagillOnLiterature, the increasingly popular literary database spawned by a previous collaboration of the two companies. To the partnership, Salem Press brings a history of producing high quality editorial content, while EBSCO is a leader in online services and search and retrieval technology. These respective strengths are again displayed in the latest literary database creation - MagillOnAuthors.

About MagillOnAuthors
MagillOnAuthors provides unlimited access to information on notable authors from 15 complete Salem Press sets containing a total of 62 volumes. MagillOnAuthors also features a literary glossary of nearly 800 terms. The database encompasses 53 volumes from Critical Surveys (including Long Fiction, Short Fiction, Poetry, Drama and Mystery & Detective Fiction Series), 3 volumes from Magill's Choice: Notable Poets, 1 volume from Magill's Choice: Shakespeare, 2 volumes from Magill's Choice: 100 Masters of Mystery & Detective Fiction and 3 volumes from World Philosophers & Their Works.

With the release of MagillOnAuthors, coupled with MagillOnLiterature, and NoveListTM, the award-winning readers' advisory service for fiction, EBSCO's suite of literary resources continues to grow with an emphasis on quality.
