Four librarians will be attending this year's Medical Library Association (MLA) Annual Conference with financial assistance from the EBSCO/MLA Annual Meeting Grant. This grant pays up to $1,000 for travel and conference-related expenses for librarians who would otherwise be unable to attend.

As established by MLA, criteria for the annual conference scholarship require that applicants submit a 200 word essay expressing why they want to attend MLA's annual conference and must have from two to five years' experience as a librarian.
