About EBSCO Contact Us Site Map News Releases

EBSCO's new A-to-Z service is now available. The service not only helps librarians keep track of the titles in their electronic resources but also makes it easier for patrons to find titles.

A-to-Z collects into one easy-to-browse gateway listing the titles to which a library's patrons have full text access, whether they are included in publisher packages, are stand-alone e-journals or are found in many different databases. Even print titles from a library's collection can be included in this customized service. For the A-to-Z service, EBSCO has created a master list of titles and coverage data from hundreds of sources, including all the major database vendors and significant publisher packages, as well as individual e-journals. Constant maintenance to this master list by EBSCO's experienced Title Information Department will ensure that title data is up-to-date.

While a library does not have to be a current EBSCO customer to use A-to-Z, the service is built to integrate with other EBSCO e-resource products. According to Director of Development for EBSCO Subscription Services Dan Tonkery, "A-to-Z is equipped with a complete suite of administrative tools that allows the librarian to customize the service, giving it enormous flexibility. With its competitive pricing and comprehensive features, A-to-Z has everything librarians need in this type of service - and more."

More information on A-to-Z can be found at http://atoz.ebsco.com or contact any EBSCO Regional Office for more details.
