EBSCOhost® Electronic Journals Service Enhanced Expands General Content BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, U.S.A., June 21, 2006 – IEEE, the International Labour Organization, Multilingual Matters, Psycke Logo Press and the University of Nebraska at Omaha have recently added their content to EBSCOhost® Electronic Journals Service Enhanced (EJS). EJS provides customers with a gateway to their subscribed journal content, including linking from EBSCOhost research databases. This will increase visibility and usage for publishers because their metadata will be readily available at the article and journal levels. IEEE, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., is the world’s leading non-profit professional association for the advancement of technology. Through its global membership, the IEEE is a leading authority on areas ranging from aerospace systems, computers and telecommunications to biomedical engineering, electric power and consumer electronics, among others. The International Labour Organization promotes social justice and internationally recognized human and labour rights: freedom of association, the right to organize, collective bargaining, abolition of forced and child labour and equality of treatment and opportunity. Its unique tripartite structure with workers and employers participating as equal partners with governments makes it particularly effective in working in these areas.
