EBSCO Publishing today announced an agreement with H.W. Wilson that will make 11 additional Wilson databases available to libraries via EBSCOhostÒ. This brings the total number of Wilson databases available online from EBSCO to 17. This partnership is significant, as it not only brings several additional quality databases to EBSCOhost customers, but also further emphasizes EBSCO's commitment to offering the most expansive collection of secondary databases. With the addition of these databases from H.W. Wilson, the number of secondary databases available via EBSCOhost is now over 60 - and growing.

With EBSCOhost's SmartLinksTM functionality, users are able to link from records in secondary databases on EBSCOhost to the full text of articles in EBSCOhost full text databases as well as articles in online journals subscribed to by the library.

These newly licensed databases will begin appearing on EBSCOhost in the coming months. The company hopes to have Readers' Guide Abstracts, General Science Abstracts, and Art Index Retrospective available for trial and sale by June 2003.
