About EBSCO Contact Us Site Map News Releases

As part of its continuing emphasis on providing the most responsive, highest quality customer support possible, EBSCO Publishing has created a new Web site for online customer support, EBSCOhost® Support at http://support.epnet.com. This site replaces the EBSCOweb Community site, www.ebscoweb.com, and EBSCOhost Support has been expanded to provide EBSCOhost customers with many added, easy-to-use features.

EBSCO received a great deal of positive feedback about the EBSCOweb Community site, and has built on this foundation to provide a customer support Web site with more convenient access to answers to questions; important information about products and services; training and support documentation; online tutorials; and the ability to create online cases for Technical Support/ Customer Service. The EBSCOhost Support site is designed specifically for EBSCOhost administrators and other EBSCO users.

Exciting new features for this site include:

  • A revamped, expanded FAQ database, that is searchable from the site's home page. Customers can choose to search FAQs by keyword or interface, or browse by topic.
  • A brand new "Open a Case" feature that allows customers to enter Tech Support questions online and automatically create a case for EBSCO Publishing technicians. Users will now receive a case confirmation number any time they open a case.
  • Online tutorials, which lead customers through specific navigations on a step-by-step basis, are available via a "Tutorials" link on the front page.
  • Links to Top Stories, Support Materials, New Release information and the Communications Archive, now conveniently located on the front page.

Content on EBSCOhost Support will be updated and changed frequently. Questions or comments should now be directed to http://support.epnet.com.
