EIS-Taiwan relocates to a new office in Taipei

It was the investment in their customers and employees that inspired EBSCO Information Services (EIS)-Taiwan to host an opening ceremony for the new office they relocated to in Taipei during April. “We wanted to show our appreciation to [the customers] and let them know that without their support, we would not have today’s new development,” said Rachel Yee-Chatham, vice president and general manager of EIS-Taiwan. Along with the 40-member staff of EIS-Taiwan, librarians, EBSCO clients and publisher partners gathered to officially mark the opening of the new location.

EIS-Taiwan’s name was recently changed to the Greater China and Southeast Asia Central Office, expanding their market and responsibility. “Through this event, we would like to express our confidence [that we can provide] the same or even better services to our customers in each market,” said Yee-Chatham. “We would like to continue our effort in enhancing our service and consultant role in the information field for both Greater China and Southeast Asia.”
