In a competition of 31 apartment communities across the Birmingham area, Stonegate Apartments won four awards at the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association’s (GBAA) Beautification Awards in July. The GBAA serves the interests of multifamily housing owners, managers, developers and suppliers, and promotes a high level of professionalism in the multifamily housing industry to better serve the rental housing needs of the public in the Greater Birmingham area.

Stonegate won first place in the 0-2 Year Age Group and won Best Model, Best Pool and Best Buildings in the Best of the Best category. “Receiving these four awards voted on by our peers in the industry is clearly a compliment to our property, its staff, and our efforts to provide our residents the value we intended,” said Leslie Yeilding, vice president and general manager of EBSCO Income Properties, LLC.
