Are you a librarian or library staff member managing holdings at your library? If so, we’d love to talk to you for an important user research study.
EBSCO’s User Research team works to understand your workflows to make our products more helpful to you.
Our team is looking for librarians and library staff who work with their ILS, link resolver and/or other tools to manage their library’s holdings and access. If this is something you identify with, we’re especially interested in talking to you!
We’re working closely with our development team to understand more about our users, which will provide helpful context in developing holdings management tools. We’ll be conducting interviews in the coming months focusing on holdings management workflows, pain points and wish lists for the future. Interviews will be around 1.5 hours and will be conducted by a mix of researchers and developers working on holdings management-related projects.
If you’re interested in participating, please fill out the following form: https://airtable.com/shrXHYA0fTlLZqrhH
We look forward to hearing from you and continuing to improve your experience.
