Speakers Emma Waecker, Senior Product Manager for EBSCO eBooks, and Elizabeth German of Texas A&M will share the newest frontiers and trends in data-driven product management, with a focus on telemetry. They will also discuss ways in which librarians can use targeted analytics to improve user interactions with library websites and materials.
GALILEO: Implementing OpenAthens for a Large and Diverse Consortium: 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM
Speakers Ken Henslee and Russell Palmer from GALILEO, Andrew Nagy from EBSCO Information Services, and Vee Rogacheva, UX designer for OpenAthens, talk about their collaboration on implementing OpenAthens into GALILEO.

Presenters Kristin E Martin of University of Chicago and Peter H McCracken from Cornell University will provide a demonstration of available functionality within the ERM, designed to provide comprehensive management for packages of content, including licensing, cost data, access, and title management.
