One year ago, we launched a redesigned support site to meet the growing self-service and training needs of customers subscribing to EBSCO products or services. With EBSCO Help, we’ve made it easier for you to find answers to your questions and get the most out of your library’s investment.
Here’s a look at some of the great resources available to you via EBSCO Help:
Online Training: Online courses provide valuable training and demos for users and administrators of EBSCO products and services. Dozens of new sessions are offered each month, and recorded sessions are available on demand.
Product Tutorials: Need help preparing for an upcoming training session for your students, teachers or patrons? Our video tutorials provide audio narration with matching text to guide users. PowerPoints are also available.
Search Box Builder: EBSCO's Search Box Builder makes it easy for you to create a search box for your EBSCO resources and embed it on your library website.
Alerts: Sign up to receive alerts for the latest updates to and information about your EBSCO products and services.
Promotional Resources:Spread the word about your EBSCO resources with colorful and engaging posters, flyers, bookmarks and downloadable web graphics that you can use in print or as links on your library website.
Lesson Plans: Share our lesson plans with your school’s teachers to help them integrate EBSCO databases into classroom instruction.
International Support: EBSCO employs 35 training specialists worldwide, including 23 local language trainers who create and maintain translated documentation on EBSCO Help’s international support pages. Custom resources are also available for non-U.S. English-speaking regions.
