Abstract

The article focuses on the transfer support initiative "A Student's Journey" at the University of Arizona and Tohono O'odham Community College that helps Indigenous students transition to four-year universities through experiential and culturally grounded programming. Topics include transfer student equity and support, experiential internships that build academic and professional skills, and culturally responsive strategies that foster belonging and success.
