Abstract
The article focuses on the urgent need to include scorpions in global conservation efforts due to their rapid decline, ecological importance, and pharmacological potential. It highlights that while scorpions have survived multiple mass extinctions, contemporary threats such as habitat loss from agriculture, mining, and urbanization, climate change, and overharvesting for venom and the exotic pet trade put many species at risk.
