Abstract
Muslims in several villages in the north Karnataka region of India offered prayers to Lord Ram at mosques as part of the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of Ayodhya's Ram temple. In Halyala village, members of the Muslim community placed photos of Lord Ram in two mosques and Sayyad Ali Dargah, and also wore saffron clothes. In Hunasikatti village, Muslims performed the 'homa' ritual at the village mosque, which was attended by Hindus as well. This region is known for religious harmony and coexistence, with Muslims and Hindus living together and sharing a similar culture. [Extracted from the article]
