Abstract
The article focuses on the return of African cultural artefacts looted during colonial times. Topics include the Benin Bronzes, a collection of sculptures taken by the British in 1897; the Rosetta Stone, which was seized by the British from Egypt in 1801; and the Maqdala treasures, including royal items looted by the British from Ethiopia in 1868.
