Abstract
The article "Scenes from an eclipse" in the Physics Teacher journal presents four images of the March 13–14, 2025, total lunar eclipse observed from Morehead, KY, using a Seestar S50 smart telescope. The images highlight various phases of the eclipse, showing the Moon partially in the penumbral shadow, darkening near the lower limb during the partial eclipse, the curved shadow of Earth during the partial eclipse, and a fully red moon during totality. The images provide a visual representation of the eclipse's progression and offer insights into the astronomical event. [Extracted from the article]
