Abstract

US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas did not disclose three private jet trips paid for by GOP donor Harlan Crow, according to documents released by Senate Democrats. This comes after Thomas recently amended a financial disclosure to account for a Crow-funded cruise and retreat. Thomas has faced scrutiny for accepting gifts from Crow, but has maintained that he did not discuss court business with his friends and believed he did not have to disclose the trips. The Senate Judiciary Committee obtained the information after subpoenaing Crow for data on his trips with Thomas. [Extracted from the article]
