Abstract

B Biden's first tour looks at the impact of severe weather patterns. b US First Lady Jill Biden arrived in B Kenya b on February 24th, kicking off a visit aimed at focusing attention on the worst drought to hit the Horn of Africa in decades. Biden travelled to Kenya from B Namibia b , part of a two-nation tour aimed at deepening ties with the continent, which has become a renewed diplomatic battleground following B Russia b 's invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
