Abstract

Michael Jackson's son, Bigi, has filed court documents objecting to his grandmother Katherine's request to use money from the late singer's estate to fund her legal battle against coexecutors John Branca and John McClain. Katherine had previously filed an appeal against the court-approved deal to sell half of Jackson's music catalog to Sony for $600 million. Bigi argues that it would be unfair for him and his siblings to pay for her legal expenses when they have decided that an appeal is not in their best interests. [Extracted from the article]
