Abstract

ALIBI Music has released a new production music album titled "Old School Rap," which features 14 royalty-free tracks that draw inspiration from the iconic '80s and '90s era of hip-hop. The album includes full male and female lyrical rap, as well as authentic production techniques like sampling, chopping, and turntable scratching. Different producers and rappers collaborated on the tracks, each bringing their own unique vibe to the album. The tracks aim to blend nostalgia and authenticity, paying homage to artists such as Wu Tang, Queen Latifah, TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, Run DMC, LL Cool J, Beastie Boys, Biz Markie, and Slick Rick. The album also features the work of producer Jazzelicious, who used vintage drum machines and samples to create an authentic sound reminiscent of the party anthem era of '80s and '90s hip-hop.
