Abstract

An interview with Sophie Calle, a French artist, is presented. She discussed her latest exhibition, Overshare, at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, U.S., which is on view until January 26, 2025. She mentioned how her work, often seen as intimate and voyeuristic, actually shares less about her life than many social media users reveal. She explained that her art often explores themes of loss, intimacy, and human relationships, with a focus on what is missing rather than what is visible.
