Abstract
Key aspects of spectatorship and the experience of dance are discussed, with focus on the choreographer's and the spectator's role. The concept of co-presence, as well as transient and rhythmic interaction systems, is proposed as opening up a space where dance can be its own form. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
