Abstract

The article looks at the jewelry collection of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts. They include a Marjorie Merriweather Post brooch made by Oscar Heyman Brothers for Marcus and Co., a starfish brooch designed by Juliette Moutard for René Boivin, and a brooch by Alexander Calder. Also mentioned are a necklace by Art Smith, a Cypriote bronze ring, and necklace, brooch and earrings in the archaeological revival style of Catellani.
