Abstract
Fox Corp. has acquired online producer Red Seat Ventures, bringing back former Fox News commentators Bill O'Reilly and Megyn Kelly. Red Seat, now part of Fox's Tubi Media Group, is a top podcast network in the US with 17 shows and over 200 million monthly views. The deal expands Fox's presence in podcasts and video commentary, with Tubi CEO Paul Cheesbrough becoming chairman of Red Seat Ventures. The purchase also brings back personalities like Tucker Carlson to the Murdoch family media empire, as Fox plans to launch a new streaming service. [Extracted from the article]
