Abstract

Christina Koch, an astronaut, is preparing to become the first woman to fly to the moon. She recently completed a 328-day mission on the International Space Station (ISS), where she conducted various experiments and participated in the first all-female spacewalk. Koch is now getting ready for the Artemis II mission, which will orbit the moon for 10 days. She discusses her experiences in space, the importance of diversity in the astronaut corps, and the training for her upcoming mission. Koch is excited to be a part of the Artemis program and looks forward to witnessing her colleagues walk on the moon. [Extracted from the article]
