Abstract

According to the 2024 Florida Michelin Guide, Orlando has the most food buzz in Florida, with four new one-star restaurants. Miami added three new one-star spots, and Tampa has two new one-star restaurants. Florida now has a total of 26 starred restaurants, with L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami retaining its two-star status. Japanese cuisine is a popular trend among the newly starred restaurants, with four out of nine featuring it. The guide also announced Bib Gourmand winners and awarded a Green Star for sustainability to a Filipino restaurant in Orlando.
