Abstract
The article focuses on various methods animals use to regulate their body temperature, a process known as thermoregulation. It explains how humans sweat to maintain an ideal internal temperature of 37°C (98.6°F) and describes several animal adaptations, such as vasodilation in toucans and prairie hares, which allows excess heat to escape through their skin or beaks. Other methods include regional endothermy in bluefin tuna, panting in dogs, aestivation in lungfish, bubbling in flies, and gular fluttering in birds, each demonstrating unique strategies for coping with heat.
