Abstract
The article "Better Bionics" discusses advancements in bionic prostheses that aim to better integrate with the human body. Techniques such as anatomics, osseointegration, and nerve rerouting are explored to improve the connection between robotic limbs and the nervous system. These innovations have the potential to create brain-controlled bionic limbs that feel more natural and restore proprioception, bringing us closer to a sci-fi vision of seamlessly integrated prostheses. Researchers are working on refining these techniques to provide users with a sense of having their body back. [Extracted from the article]
