Pemphigus aggravation following Pfizer-BioNTech vaccination: A case report and review of literature As vaccination may potentially aggravate underlying PV, patients with PV should be informed of these potential side effects and educated to closely monitor their cutaneous condition after vaccination. The majority of these patients developed symptoms after receiving the first or second dose of the messenger RNA vaccine, mostly within 3-7 days after vaccination. [Extracted from the article]
