Abstract
This article, titled "10 Beliefs That Get in the Way of Organizational Change," challenges common assumptions that hinder organizational change. The authors argue that the belief of "moving fast and breaking things" is flawed and instead advocate for moving fast and fixing things to build a great company. They outline five strategies for leaders to tackle their hardest problems and make change: identifying the real problem, building trust, creating inclusive conditions, telling a compelling story, and executing plans with urgency. The authors also address ten beliefs that impede organizational change, such as the belief that meaningful change happens slowly and that structure is the enemy of speed. They emphasize the importance of addressing these assumptions to accelerate excellence and make meaningful change. [Extracted from the article]
