Abstract
The article focuses on the challenges employers face with Generation Z (Gen Z) workers, who often lack interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills due to limited socialization during the pandemic. Companies such as PwC U.K. and Forvis Mazars have introduced specialized training programs to build resilience, manage difficult conversations, and improve client interactions among Gen Z employees. Some organizations, like technology firm Cohesity, also train managers to better support and guide their Gen Z direct reports. Industry leaders emphasize workforce development and equipping young workers with critical thinking and creative skills as key policy priorities for 2026. [Extracted from the article]
