Abstract

Finding time for learning and development is essential for enhancing leadership skills and performance, yet many managers struggle to prioritize it amid their busy schedules. Research indicates that only 10% of leadership growth should come from structured programs, while 70% should focus on experimentation and 20% on self-discovery. To effectively manage this, identify one or two specific leadership skills to develop and set realistic time limits for learning, incorporating short video lessons into your day. Additionally, observe effective leaders in your organization and apply new strategies in your daily tasks, keeping a record of your experiences and reflections to foster continuous improvement in your leadership journey.
