The company offers therapeutics and vaccines for infectious diseases, immuno-oncology, rare diseases, cardiovascular diseases and autoimmune diseases; owns a broad intellectual property portfolio in areas including mRNA and lipid nanoparticle formulation; and operates an integrated manufacturing plant that allows for rapid clinical and commercial production at scale. Moderna and its foundation are partnering with the IRC to support infection prevention and control programs in West and Central Africa, particularly in countries that have been impacted by conflict.
