Have you ever felt there is something happening in your workplace that you just cannot quite work out? If so, you may be experiencing toxic workplace culture and leadership. Workplace culture can be tricky to navigate, particularly for nursing students and newly registered nurses. But even those with years of experience will struggle to cope with a toxic manager.
