Abstract

The article presents the American Jail Association's Annual Auditor’s Report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The independent auditing firm Smith Elliott Kearns & Company, LLC conducted the audit, concluding that the financial statements were in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and fairly represented the organization's financial position. Total revenues for 2024 were $2,100,716, while total expenses were $2,166,400, resulting in an operating loss of $63,130.
