Abstract
The article discusses the impact of humble leadership on inspiring leadership ambitions in employees. Research conducted in China and Western countries showed that humble leaders who acknowledge mistakes and value team contributions increase the workplace status of employees, boosting their motivation to lead. Highly individualistic employees responded particularly well to humble leadership, feeling empowered to take initiative and pursue leadership opportunities. The article emphasizes the importance of developing self-awareness, building a culture of humility, guarding against corruption, and celebrating humility as a strength to inspire and empower others.
