The latest research from BDO, a Washington, D.C.‐based accounting firm, shows that nonprofits across the United States are having to deal with a host of new funding needs while also wading through a number of serious operational challenges, including inflation, the war for talent, increasing demand for services and shifting requirements and expectations from funders and donors.
