Abstract

The article presents a collection of studies that explore various aspects of modern investing, including the impact of artificial intelligence (AI), unregistered securities, tax efficiency, market anomalies, index inclusion, and macroeconomic surprises. Key findings include the potential for AI to enhance productivity similar to the Internet's influence, the dominance of Regulation D offerings over registered securities, and the introduction of a new tax framework for portfolio performance. Additionally, the article critiques traditional views on index inclusion and examines the "bullwhip effect" in equity markets, as well as the effects of macroeconomic surprises on financial markets. Collectively, these insights highlight the complex factors influencing contemporary investment strategies. [Extracted from the article]
