Abstract

Organizations must build a strong learning culture to help employees adapt to the rapidly changing workplace, as traditional training methods often fail to meet evolving demands. Embracing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles can empower employees to become expert learners—individuals with the motivation, skills, and adaptability to continuously improve and solve new problems. By fostering flexible learning environments, encouraging experimentation, and linking learning to career development, companies can drive innovation, boost engagement, and enhance long-term performance.
