Abstract
The article discusses CJ Logistics America's Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program, which has been running for 38 years and aims to develop future leaders in warehouse operations. The program offers recent college graduates job rotations, leadership principles, and opportunities for growth within the company. Despite facing challenges from changing generational needs and technological advancements, the program has adapted through the APP approach, focusing on advocates, participants, and program evolution.
