Abstract

An interview with Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management Professor Juanjuan Zhang is presented, and it mentions several topics such as the relationship between the performance of salespeople and human genetics. According to the article, human DNA extraction and genotyping were used to determine which employees have what the journal refers to as the sales gene. Sales team performance, adaptive learners, and scientific racism are also assessed.
