Abstract

The article focuses on the 103rd session of the Governing Council of Unidroit, held in Rome from May 8 to 10, 2024. Key outcomes included the adoption of the agenda, the appointment of new Vice-Presidents, and the acknowledgment of significant progress in various legislative projects, such as the Unidroit Model Law on Factoring and the UNCITRAL/Unidroit Model Law on Warehouse Receipts.
