Abstract
Wherever you are in your career, you can build a successful solo practice if you know your strengths and weaknesses and create a realistic plan based on your values. Be sure you have a clear understanding of finances, legal entity requirements, and ethical guidelines in your state. Be clear about why you want to do this, who you want as clients, the kind of law you want to practice, and the geographical boundaries of your practice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
