Abstract
Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP, along with other investors, has agreed to purchase Colonial Enterprises Inc., the owner of the largest fuel pipeline in the US, for approximately $9 billion. The deal includes the acquisition of stakes from all five current owners, including Shell plc.
