The article presents an interview with boards of directors Mark L. Frigo and Robert Herz and Ray Whittington, dean of the Driehaus College of Business. Among the issues they discussed include the developments in sustainability accounting, corporate governance and strategic risk assessment, the leadership opportunities that sustainability accounting presents to chief financial officers (CFO) and finance firms and the skills that leaders should possess for effective corporate governance.
