Abstract
The article focuses on the interplay of security, trust, and user experience in modern online trading platforms, particularly digital brokerage systems like Zerodha and Upstox. It emphasizes that robust security measures—including multi-factor authentication and data encryption—combined with transparent operations and intuitive user interface design are critical for fostering investor confidence and platform adoption. The study identifies challenges faced by beginner investors, such as complex interfaces and lack of financial knowledge, and proposes a layered platform model integrating security, trust-building features, and user-centric design to enhance reliability and usability. The findings suggest that balancing these elements is essential for sustainable growth and user retention in the evolving fintech ecosystem.
