Use Gen AI to Improve Scenario Planning.

This article focuses on the use of generative artificial intelligence (genAI) in scenario planning in business uncertainty. The article focuses on three areas--scenario creation, narrative exploration and strategy generation--first with a description of how genAI can improve on the current strategic foresight methodology in each area. Then, each area is looked at in a fictional global consumer electronics manufacturing company with a worldwide supply chain. Lastly, three lessons are provided.
