Abstract
The article focuses on the disparity in treatment between limited liability corporations (LLCs) and corporations regarding diversity jurisdiction in federal courts. It argues that treating LLCs differently from corporations creates unnecessary burdens for litigants and undermines access to federal courts. It advocate for treating LLCs and corporations equally in determining citizenship for diversity jurisdiction to ensure fair access to federal courts for all types of business entities.
