Abstract
The article focuses on five emerging paradigms in workforce reskilling as companies respond to rapid technological advances, including automation and AI, that are transforming job requirements globally. It highlights that reskilling is now a strategic imperative requiring leadership commitment across organizations, a change-management approach, and active employee engagement when programs are designed with clear benefits and support. Successful reskilling initiatives also depend on collaboration within broader ecosystems involving industry partnerships, nonprofits, and educational institutions to expand talent pools and share resources. The article underscores that while some companies have made significant progress, scaling and rigorously evaluating reskilling efforts remain critical challenges for adapting to ongoing labor market disruptions.
