Cradle to Cradle introduces C2C Certified Circularity.

Abstract

The Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute has introduced C2C Certified Circularity, a new product certification aimed at supporting sustainable product design and manufacturing. This certification, based on the Cradle to Cradle Certified Version 4.1 standard, provides measurable goals for circular product development, addressing issues from design to material health. The Institute's initiative goes beyond the EU's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, focusing on waste reduction at the source and helping companies meet state-level requirements in the US.
